OPENED ALL THE YEAR

The Apartment Building was built recently and is located in a peaceful area with panoramic views. It is found near the cross-country centre, right next to the river park and cycling path, and is only 500 m away from the centre of town and the Doss del Sabion lift facilities.
The residence is composed by four buildings with six apartments each, every one of which is furnished in a comfortable yet elegant manner.
The apartments are approximately 60 m² in size and have three rooms, with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a sitting room with a colour TV, plus either balconies or a garden.
Guests can also take advantage of the private parking lot, garage, communal laundry area, and children’s play area. Small/medium pets are welcome.

Rates include rental, and expenses (heating, hot and cold water, electricity), bed, bathroom and kitchen linen, baby cots with linen, colour LCD TVs, use of the communal laundry area, garage, outdoor parking lot and final cleaning (except for the kitchen, which is either the guests’ responsibility or which can be cleaned upon payment of a € 25 supplement).
A 5th bed can also be provided.
Sojourn start/end date: Saturday and Sunday, (mid-week during low/medium season only or when available).
Apartments will be available from 3.00 pm and must be vacated by 9.00 am (different arrival and departure times can be arranged).
Guests can enjoy special meal arrangements with the Beverly Hotel restaurant (buffet breakfast for € 8.50, full meal with choice of menu for € 35.00)
Check-in and check-out services are provided at the Beverly Hotel reception desk.
