The Residence

Located in a peaceful spot with panoramic views, the newly constructed Apartment Building Beverly is surrounded by the verdant landscape of the “plain of Carisolo” and is managed by the Maturi family with great skill and professionality.
The Apartment Building is located 500 m away from the centre of Pinzolo and the lift facilities, as well as being only 200 m away from the "Pineta" park and the sports centre. Here, guests can play tennis, bowls, go ice skating at the ice rink, or play football, in addition to taking advantage of the fully equipped children's play area.
The cycling path can be accessed nearby. Furthermore, a myriad of paths are also available and travel along the banks of the wonderful rivers and torrents of “Val di Genova” and “Val Brenta”. These are found just a short distance away from the Apartment Building and are ideal for hikes and excursions.

The residence is composed by four small buildings with six apartments each.
All the apartments are approximately 60 m² in size and contain three rooms. They have been furnished with a combination of elegance with comfort and boast two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a colour LCD TV, as well a wide balcony or garden.
Furthermore, the private outdoor parking lot, garage and communal laundry area, are all available to guests, free of charge.
Fees include linens (bed, bathroom, and kitchen), all expenses, and final cleaning services, with the exception of the kitchen (which is either the guests’ responsibility or which can be cleaned upon payment of a € 30 supplement).
We offer periodic, weekly and weekend stays.
The residence is open all year around.
Small pets are welcome.
Guests can enjoy special meal arrangements at the Beverly Hotel's restaurant.
