Savouring the refined dishes, freshly prepared in the Beverly’s kitchen, is a gourmet experience that will delight even the most discerning palates. The finest ingredients and Chef Omar’s imagination combined result in creations of culinary masterpieces, day by day.
To enhance the pleasures of the table, we suggest one of the 200 labels from our wine cellar, which well express the wine culture of Trentino Alto Adige.


Dinner is one of the most awaited moments for our guests. The à la carte menu and the inviting buffet with cooked or raw vegetables, hors d’oeuvres and local cheeses allow you to compose a personalised four- to five-course meal. Vegetarian or vegan dishes are always included in the daily menu.



Gourmet right from the morning

The day begins with the many sweet and savoury temptations of our breakfast buffet. Freshly baked croissants and bread, delicacies from the pastry chef, homemade jams, fresh cold meats, seasonal fruit, centrifuges and Vital juices are always replenished to wish you the best of waking up.

The 5pm snack

For a tasty break from the day’s activities, we offer an afternoon snack, with sweet and savoury creations, at the self-service corner in the bar lounge.
