If you want an all-round guarantee, you can add the STORNOHOTEL policy to your booking at a very small cost, in exchange for insurance cover both in the event of cancellation and in the event of interruption of your trip, including for COVID-19 reasons.
Important: when you take out your policy, remember to include all the people who will be travelling with you and to state the exact amount of your total stay, otherwise insurance cover is not guaranteed.
You will have to take out a policy for each room you book, even if you make a single booking.
Remember that you can take out the travel insurance policy no later than 48 hours after making your reservation. To activate your STORNOHOTEL policy, follow this procedure:

- 40% from the time of booking up to 16 days before arrival;
- 50% from 15 to 7 days before start of stay;
- 100% after these terms and in case of no-show.
- No refund in case of modification, cancellation or no-show.
- No refund in case of late arrivals, early departures, meals not taken.

In case of cancellation (for whatever reason and to be calculated on the total amount) of the reservation made, the cancellation fees are as follows
